This TableTalk will recap our previous two talks, give an opportunity to discuss those topics further, and talk about what tools/adjustments we were able to put into practice. It's time to evaluate life priorities for your family, get a handle on your schedule, and set healthy boundaries with technology! Our families are worth the effort to be healthy!
